The Reality
You're functioning.

But inside — you can't feel your body the way you're supposed to. Maybe just the aches and the pains. You're not clear in your mind. There's a lot out there to trigger you. You're not certain when you last felt like you.
We call this burnout and try to fix a hardware problem with software solutions. A meditation app, a weekend off, or another night of sleep won't solve this. That isn't laziness or weakness — it's profound systemic disconnection.
And the way back isn't more rest. It's recalibration. On June 20th, nine people found that out firsthand.

It worked. So we're building it bigger — and taking the time to build it right.
