From chaos to clarity in one day.

The practice

Clinical wellness for the dangerous middle.

You are the one everyone depends on. You don't get to disappear for a week. Transcendfit is built for exactly that — a single structured day, in private, that addresses the specific patterns you're already tracking.

What we work on
  • The 3pm crash you've started planning around.
  • The shoulders that won't release, even after a massage.
  • The Sunday dread that arrives by Friday afternoon.
  • The alarm at 5:40 you've stopped feeling.
  • The email tab open since Tuesday.
Chaos to clarity

One day. Three blocks. A written plan home.

The flagship intensive at Transcendfit. Built for people who can't disappear for a week and don't want to.

MORNING

Movement & assessment

9:00–11:30

Movement-based work to build a clearer relationship with your body — and to read the signals it's been sending about range, capability, and what it can absorb. You leave the morning with the first tools for stabilizing through any given day.

MIDDAY

Intervention blocks

12:00–4:30

Three structured intervention blocks: nervous-system regulation, body work, and one block specific to your intake. Evidence-aware. No surprises.

EVENING

Plan & departure

5:00–6:00

A three-page written plan, in your hands before you leave. Day 3, day 10, and day 30 check-ins scheduled with the practitioner you worked with.

A letter from Geni

I built this practice for the people who are still showing up.

You are not going to a retreat. You don't have time for a retreat. The kids need pickup, the team needs decisions, the parent you're caring for has a follow-up on Thursday.

What you can do is take one day. Not a half-day spa. Not a wellness sampler. A clinical day, in private, with practitioners who already understand your intake before you arrive — because you sent it ahead.

I built Transcendfit around the people I kept meeting in twenty years of practice: educators, founders, activists, coaches, parents, and the young adults already carrying weight for their families and their own parents. The ones who held everything together for everyone else. The ones who would never describe themselves as exhausted because someone always has it worse.

The work is specific. The day has a structure. You leave with a written plan and the contact information of the practitioner who will check in with you on day three, day ten, and day thirty.

On working with Geni

My biggest takeaway: I needed to incorporate breathwork and walking outside daily — not the fast pace or sweat-it-out aerobic kind, but the kind that allows me to be in fresh air, with nature, and ground myself in the moment.

I also had been operating in heavy fight or flight mode for a long time before I knew what it actually meant. Now I'm learning to bring more intention to my movements — and bringing back ease into my routine.

From the broader practice
I don't feel you caused a transformation in my life. But you have been extremely helpful in negotiating the difficult aspects of natural aging. The science of diet and exercise keeps changing. You keep me informed. I learn a lot from you.
Former Director of Environmental Affairs · Auto industry · Long-term client
You have always provided positive feedback, even when I knew I could be doing better. That's one of the elements that has kept me working with you long-term.
Clinical psychologist (PsyD) · Long-term client
You make people believe they can handle more than they thought they could. We've known each other thirty years — every time we reconnect, it's like no time has passed.
Registered Nurse (MSN-Ed, CCRN, NPD-BC) · Peer of thirty years
Questions

The ones we get most.

What actually happens in Chaos to Clarity?
An intake call ten days ahead. A 90-minute morning assessment with high-level practitioners and bodyworkers. Three intervention blocks across the day — nervous-system regulation, body work, and one block specific to your intake. A written plan delivered before you leave. Scheduled check-ins on day 3, day 10, and day 30.
Is this medical care?
It is clinical wellness, not medical treatment. The practice coordinates with your existing physicians when relevant. It does not prescribe medication. What it does offer is a structured, evidence-aware program for the patterns most women in the practice arrive with.
Who is this for?
High-functioning people in caregiving or leadership roles — educators, founders, activists, coaches, parents. And young or aspiring adults already supporting their families and their own parents while building their lives. The ones everyone depends on. The program is open to anyone who fits that call. If you can't take a week off and you're tired of the wellness sampler, this is for you.
What does it cost?
Pricing is shared after the consultation, once Geni or her associate understands your intake. The fee is fixed, not bundled, and there are no add-ons.
Where is the practice?
San Francisco. A private space, not a clinic and not a spa. Full address shared after ticket purchase.
Begin

A 90-minute consultation, then we decide together.

You'll hear back from the practice within two business days. No automated reply, no funnel. Geni or her associate reads every intake.
